Community Guidelines
SponsorConnect is built on compassion, honesty, and respect. To keep this community safe and aligned with recovery values, all users must follow these guidelines.
✔ Respect Anonymity
- No last names required
- No shaming, judging, or harassment
- No sharing sensitive information publicly
✔ Be Honest About Intent
- Sponsors must truthfully list their experience and availability
- Sponsees must seek support respectfully and appropriately
✔ No Harmful Behavior
Prohibited:
- Abuse, intimidation, bullying
- Romantic or sexual advances
- Soliciting money, services, or favors
- Promoting non-recovery products, groups, or agendas
✔ Follow Fellowship Traditions
We are not affiliated with AA, NA, CA, OA, or any 12-step fellowship, but we respect their traditions of anonymity, service, and humility.

✔ Report Concerns
If you see harmful behavior, please report it immediately:
What to Include in Your Report:
- • Username or profile of the person involved
- • Description of what happened
- • Screenshots if available (without exposing private info)
- • Date and time of the incident
Violations & Consequences
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
Warning
First-time or minor violations may receive a warning and guidance.
Suspension
Temporary restriction of account access for repeat violations.
Removal
Permanent account removal for serious or repeated violations.

SponsorConnect works best when everyone contributes to a supportive environment:
For Sponsors:

For Sponsees:
- • Be genuine about your recovery needs
