SponsorConnect is a platform designed to help individuals in recovery connect with potential sponsors. The Service provides listing, profiles, and contact facilitation only. SponsorConnect does not evaluate, verify, or endorse any users, sponsors, or sponsees.

SponsorConnect is not therapy, not treatment, not medical advice, and not a crisis resource.

SponsorConnect is not affiliated, endorsed, or approved by:

• • Alcoholics Anonymous (AA)
• • Narcotics Anonymous (NA)
• • Cocaine Anonymous (CA)
• • Al-Anon
• • Any 12-Step fellowship or recovery organization

All fellowship names, trademarks, and references are used strictly for descriptive purposes. SponsorConnect operates independently as a technology platform only.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SponsorConnect. By using the Service, you represent that all account information is accurate and truthful.

By using SponsorConnect, you agree:

• • You are solely responsible for interactions with other users
• • You will act respectfully and professionally
• • You will not misuse the Service for harassment, solicitation, or inappropriate behavior
• • You will follow the traditions and guidelines of your fellowship
• • You will not post harmful, offensive, or misleading information

SponsorConnect reserves the right to remove any user violating these rules.

Users may create a sponsor or sponsee profile. By doing so, you:

• • Consent to the display of your information to other users
• • Acknowledge that SponsorConnect does not verify your identity
• • Agree not to misrepresent your sobriety or qualifications

You are responsible for reviewing any sponsor or sponsee before beginning a recovery relationship.

Using SponsorConnect does not establish:

• • A counseling relationship
• • A therapeutic relationship
• • A medical or clinical relationship

Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice.

If you choose to subscribe to any paid features or app versions:

• • You authorize SponsorConnect to charge your payment method
• • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• • Terms of pricing may change with notice

Any subscription (e.g., app version at $2.99/mo) will be handled through the applicable app marketplace.

SponsorConnect takes reasonable security precautions but cannot guarantee complete protection. You use the Service at your own risk.

All design elements, branding, text, software, and logos belong to SponsorConnect. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce the Service without written permission.

SponsorConnect may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, harmful behavior, or at our discretion to protect users.
